Accident Report: Berel Zaklikovsky

A short time ago, the Yeshiva has been blessed with the presence of a new staff-member, Berel Zaklikovsky. He is a very sweet guy who can't hurt a fly (or so we thought).

Today, as Berel was returning from Zal after a day of rigorous learning, he crossed the turning lane (Carling East to Kirkwood - Dorm Corner) just as a car was approaching, the car that saw Berel walking stopped in an instant, but the person behind didn't notice (It was most probably a woman) and rammed into the front car.

Berel, who thought it was his fault, started running for his life, not realizing that he was right. In the background, the two drivers started shouting at each other, while Berel made it safely to the dorm.

Vince, has a different version to the story: Berel started running in front of car 1, that car slammed on the brakes barely allowing Berel to live, car 2 didn't realize and rammed into car 1 sending it straight towards incoming traffic on Kirkwood. A truck rammed into car 1 and went flying towards the 417 east. A mini-cooper that was rolling down the highway got totalled with pieces flying towards a person crossing Switzer & Kirkwood killing him. In total 6 people were killed, all because of Berel Zaklikovsky...
